Returns Policy
We will accept all returns within 30-days of ordering. If the item is in good condition a 15% restocking fee is charged, and we cover return shipping. If an item is damaged, no restocking fee is charged. To initiate a return, please email us at info@freedomknifeshop.com and we will send you instructions and a free return shipping label. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to post into your account from the date it was initiated on our end.
Shipping
All orders ship within 1 business day of being placed, and can sometimes even ship same day if placed before 2pm EST. We ship all orders via FedEx ground, and includes full shipping insurance. We do not offer expedited shipping options, and cannot guarantee any ship/arrival dates. At this time, we are only shipping to USA and cannot accommodate international shipments.
